Small team.Broad capability.
We built this company around a simple idea: the people thinking about the problem should stay close to the people building the solution.
Our backgrounds span brand strategy, creative direction, content, behavioral health, operations, technology, and software development.
That range allows us to look at a business from more than one angle—and keep strategy connected to execution from the first conversation through launch.
We stay intentionally hands-on, work closely with our clients, and bring in specialized expertise when a project requires it.
Meet the people behind the work.

Creative Director
SamanthaColicchio
Samantha helps brands define who they are, find their voice, and tell a story that connects with the people they want to reach. With more than a decade of experience across behavioral health, wellness, and consumer brands, she brings brand strategy, writing, and creative direction together to help businesses communicate with clarity and purpose.
At SouthSwell Digital, she led brand and content strategy across 25 behavioral health brands, developing distinctive voices, establishing editorial standards, and directing freelance creatives. Her work translated complex clinical subjects into approachable, credible messaging while giving each brand its own identity.
Previously, as Liquid I.V.’s 12th employee, Samantha led brand and content strategy through rapid growth and the company’s acquisition by Unilever. Leading three in-house and ten freelance creatives, she built the content systems and creative standards that helped the brand maintain a consistent voice as it scaled.
Today, she brings that experience to clients building something new or refining an established brand. Her particular strength is making complex ideas feel human—a skill she increasingly applies at the intersection of health and AI. From foundational messaging to everyday content, she helps clients express what makes their business distinctive and give their teams a clear direction to build on.
