Terms.
These terms cover this website and, where no other agreement applies, access to Stoneset’s software. Stoneset Inc. is a California corporation.
A written agreement comes first
Stoneset builds software for named clients under a statement of work. Where such an agreement exists, it governs — scope, fees, ownership, confidentiality, and liability are settled there, and nothing on this page narrows, widens, or replaces it. These terms apply only where no signed agreement covers the matter.
This website
The site describes work Stoneset has done. It is informational. Figures, dates, and descriptions are accurate as published and are not a promise of any particular result for anyone else. Nothing here is an offer, and nothing here is clinical, legal, or financial advice.
The site’s text, marks, images, and code are Stoneset’s or are used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to it. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or use Stoneset’s name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist.
Access to Stoneset’s software
Access is by invitation, granted to a named person for a named practice, and is not transferable. Sign-in credentials — including a linked Google account — belong to the person they were issued to. Sharing them, or attempting to reach data belonging to a practice you are not authorised for, ends access immediately.
Where an application connects to an account you control, such as a calendar, that connection is made by you and can be withdrawn by you at any time. Withdrawing it stops the connected features from working; it does not delete records already created. Deletion is handled under the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
Software that reads from a system you maintain can only be as complete as that system. If an application derives a figure from records you keep, keeping those records is yours to do; Stoneset’s software will surface a gap it can detect, but it cannot supply information that was never recorded. Where a written agreement lists such obligations specifically, that list governs.
You remain responsible for your own professional, clinical, licensing, and record-keeping duties. No Stoneset application exercises professional judgement or makes a clinical decision, and none should be relied on as if it did.
Availability
This website and any software offered outside a signed agreement are provided as they are, without warranty. Stoneset does not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or withdraw features. Where a client agreement sets service commitments, those commitments apply instead of this paragraph.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Stoneset is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from this website or from software used outside a signed agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a client agreement is governed by that agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California are the venue for any dispute under them.
Changes
These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them. Changes affecting an existing client are raised with that client directly.
