The room first

Every product here started as a problem met in direct clinical care — not in a market study. The brief is written by someone who had to live with the gap.

Origin

No handoff

The clinician who understands the problem is the one who writes the software. Nothing is lost between the brief and the build, because they are the same person.

Build

Tested where it is used

Each product goes into a working treatment setting with real clinicians and real caseloads before it is offered to anyone else.

Proof

Held, not flipped

Stoneset holds what it builds. Nothing here was built to be sold on, which is why the maintenance horizon is measured in years.

Building this way is slower, and it is narrower.

One author means one product moves at a time, and it means Stoneset does not take work outside behavioral health. There is no team to scale into a category we do not practice in. That is the cost, and it is charged in full.

What it buys is that the person who answers a clinical question about any product here is the person who built it — and the decisions are still legible years later, because the same hands are still on them.
